1. Service Overview

Neublix provides a platform for creating and managing cryptocurrency payment links using Solana and Ethereum networks. By using our service, you can generate payment links and receive payments through supported wallets (Phantom and Exodus).

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• You must ensure the accuracy of payment amounts and wallet addresses
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities
• You understand that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible

3. Beta Service Disclaimer

As we are currently in beta:

• The service may experience downtime or technical issues
• Features may change or be modified without notice
• We may limit or restrict service access at any time
• We recommend testing with small amounts first

4. Fees and Payments

Users are responsible for all network fees (gas fees) associated with transactions. Neublix does not currently charge additional service fees during the beta period, but may introduce reasonable service fees in the future with prior notice.

5. Limitations of Liability

Neublix is not responsible for:

• Losses due to user error or incorrect wallet addresses
• Network delays or blockchain-related issues
• Issues with third-party wallet providers
• Loss of access to your wallet or private keys

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. We will notify users of significant changes through our platform. Your continued use of Neublix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
